Well, hot damn - I’m not the only straight woman that likes breasts! In fact, I’m not even CLOSE to the only one. Hooray for boobs!
I have to say, I’m rather indifferent to my own (familiarity breeds contempt, after all… or at least boredom), but I’m most appreciative of the boobicological appendages of my fellow females.
And someone mentioned legs… Oh, how I like long, elegant legs. Oh, how I wish I had some. Though they’d look funny on my short little body, I guess.

I like them too, but I like the shape of a woman’s body in general. I like the curviness of it, especially the line starting from a woman’s shoulder, down her back, over her ass. I’m fond of photographs or lnear drawings that show a woman from the back or side that show off the curves of her body.
Yes, I’m a straight woman. But I appreciate why men are turned on so visually, heck, I like to look at women’s bodies, too.

Someone mentioned ass a while ago. See now, boobs don’t do anything for me, but a nice ass. . . mmmmmmmmm. Part jealousy, part wanna touch, all nicey-nice to look at walking away. I occasionally notice another woman’s breast–but it’s a coveteous type of thing–I see someone who has the size boobs I want (smaller than I have, but not really small) and I want them on me.

Nothing new to add. Saying that “Boobs are fantastic!” would just be preaching to the choir here. I like them all. 'Specially the small kind. I don’t like the REALLY big kind. You know – the kind that require reduction surgery.
Also, I have no problem with the term “boob”. Even though Tracy Morgan says that a boob is the retarded kid in the neighborhood, boob is just fine. So are tit (yeah… 'specially that one… it’s NAUGHTY!), girls, bewbies and sweater puppies. Hooters has been done to death.
Go BOOBS!

I love breasts, too. I find them so beautiful, and think that the curves of a female body–whatever size–are one of the most alluring things in nature. I bought a necklace that had a tiny vintage photo of a nude woman two summers ago, just to celebrate my new-found appreciation for the female body.
I do think that having a baby, especially breastfeeding, enhanced my appreciation of the female body and of breasts. I guess it added a dimension to the beauty, realizing how miraculous and amazing a body can be in creating and nurturing another life. I mean, WOW!

I, too, heartily appreciate the boob. My friends and I, as most men do, have a code-language for assessing the shock-value of a woman’s breasts. We refer to her presentation in firearm lingo, often calling them “guns”. Normally, a good showing warrants a “.45 calibres, coming this way”. However, if a woman is in full breast-regalia, with ultra support and much cleavage, she might get the coveted, “Oh my God, the U.S.S. Lexington’s anti-aircraft batteries are walking right towards us!”
No offense or degradation meant. We just REALLY appreciate the generous showing of breasts.

Oh, it’s good to see that straight women like boobs too! I’m a gay woman and was starting to get a bit worried by my love of boobs, big full round ones in particular. I check women’s boobs out on the train if I’m bored (mind you, I check out all their other body parts too), I like pictures of boobs, and when confronted with a particularly good pair I find it difficult to remember they’re attached to a person. It’s terrible - I’m like a straight man!
It’s a fun word though. Boobs boobs boobs boobs boobs.
And while I love noo-noos, that word just makes me think of the thing from the Teletubbies that goes around sucking everything up. IME with noo-noos, it’s usually the other way round…

Once again, **I love the SDMB women!**
A couple of questions: for the married female boob lovers, do you share your fascination with your husbands? I would love it if I could discuss beautiful breasts with my wife (hell, I’m not even allowed to appreciate _hers_).
And how about those nipples?? Does anyone else love the sight of erect nipple standing up and saying “Hi!”?
