I make wedding dresses and other formal wear in my spare time. I gave birth without the aid of anesthesia less than a year ago and still nurse. I have changed more than a dozen diapers in the last dozen years. Three is the lie. I have changed about a half dozen diapers in the last dozen years. Hubby and KellyM got to do that dirty work. lucky me! šŸ™‚ ---

1. I once spent a whole day as a Venice Beach Street Person. One day was enough. 2. I have driven cross-country in a pickup truck, by myself. 3. Some of my portrait art is in the collections of semi-well known actors. * * * #1 is true. Long story. #2 false. I have driven halfway cross-country with other people, in a Plymouth Voyager. Iā€™ve also driven several times (alone and with family) up from L.A. to the Northern California border and beyond into Oregon, but never the entire expanse of the USA by myself. I have done it by train, though. Obviously I was not alone on the train. šŸ˜‰ #3. True. ā€œSemi-well knownā€ is a judgment call, though. Some of them probably are people youā€™d recognize if you saw their faces, but not necessarily their names. ---

_1) I once hit my sister in the mouth with a golf club._ My sister snuck up behind me and I hit her on the backswing, chipping some of her teeth and splitting her upper lip. I was more traumatized that she was, and ran like heck all over the place, crying. My neighbor chased after me, and almost got hit by a car chasing me across the road. And it was my favorite club - the seven iron. :rolleyes: (I still have it though.) Worst of all, my sister still has a scar on her lip - with tiny dots from the stitch holes. Itā€™s quite noticeable when itā€™s cold out.
