Back in MY day, we called ourselves deathrockers! And we didn’t have no stinkin’ Hot Topic, we had to find our own all-black wardrobes, piece by piece! We had to plan trips to the one store in the south bay that actually carried Doc Martens! And we were happy to do it! Back then, it was simply not possible to go into a single store and buy an entire goth outfit complete with stud bracelets and black leather skull boots and coffin-shaped purse and vampire lunchboxes, fer cryin’out loud!. consarn racken sacken kids these days…mumble mumble…goth is the mainstream now and I kinda resent it. Same with that internet thing. Lucky ungrateful little bastards… ---
