I just wanted to extend my congratulations on graduating culinary school to my fellow Doper-In-Arms, co-worker, and very good friend **Heloise**. She’ll be walking up on stage tomorrow morning to get her diploma for finishing her course of study from the Le Cordon Bleu program, and let me tell you folks, I’m proud of her! I myself graduated from the same program two years ago, and I know personally how challenging going to school can be. I’m so glad you made it through! I knew you could do it! I’ll just make sure I bring my camera tomorrow, so I can get a picture of you in your whites! 😃 ---

Thank you, **Java,** for starting this thread! And thank you, fellow dopers, for your congrats. **Encinitas** : I wish! **FairyChatMom, Tansu and GingeroftheNorth** , thank you so much! **Johnny L.A.** , since I’ve never tasted your food, I don’t know if you’ll have to quit bragging yet or not! If not, thanks again! 🙂 **Coldfire** : I wish you could have been here! **Cajun Man** : Grazie. 🙂 ---
