As mentioned before, the current debate is not for a complete overhaul but for changes that will very likely include the option of a public plan. This debate will take place very soon, this is not a done deal at all, and it is the Republicans who are the demonstrated whiners as their plan is the one that will go to complete defeat. Now that really sucks. ---
