# Congressman Anthony Weiner: My Twitter account was hacked! The weiner photo is not mine!

I’m asking how it’s your business _why_ he chose to go that route instead involving the FBI. He’s the victim, he can take it as seriously as he wants to.  
He would not have done anything illegal even if he had sent this tweet, so he is not avoiding any kind of prosecution. If a crime was committed it was _against_ Weiner, not _by_ WQeiner.
