She’s a R hero now. I’m sure there were hoots and high fives when ever she pleaded ignorance. Even if the judge turns it over to Ratburger, that’s as far as it’s going to go. These hearings are merely inconveniencing her. ---

States are responsible for determining whether candidates are eligible for office. A state’s determination can be challenged in federal court assuming there is a plaintiff with standing. That’s why there were so many Birther lawsuits - the challengers were trying to get Obama removed from the ballot on a state-by-state basis (and failed, of course). ---
