My speculation is that this was a small roadtrip-to-DC type demonstration originally arranged by whatever transphobe club “Billboard Chris” is involved with (so _their_ signs are in _his_ style), and _they_ called MTG to book her as guest star. So calling it a “rally” was empty puffery to begin with. ---

Turns out that the rally was actually ‘major players’ in the anti-trans movement, such as they are, and at least 5 other people attended. Or they were staffers.
