It doesn’t require a whole lot of education, or Democratic political affiliation, to realize that gender (as opposed to biological sex) is not an inherently biological concept.
For example, there are three grammatical genders in English: masculine, feminine and neuter. Some inanimate objects with no biological sex whatsoever can have a non-neuter gender in language (e.g., feminine gender for vessels), and some organisms that have male or female biological sex are designated neuter gender in language (e.g., an animal or even a human child referred to as “it”).
Gender is just a system of names that humans apply according to criteria that we make up, sometimes correlating with biological sex and sometimes not. Human societies can decide to modify those criteria in whatever way we choose.
That includes being able to decide, for example, that the gender “male” as applied to human beings can designate not just individuals with male biological sex, but also individuals with female or intersex biological sex who have a male gender identity.
Republicans can learn to understand these simple facts just as readily as Democrats. High education levels are not required, and neither is a pro-transgender-rights ideology. You can be ideologically opposed to societal acceptance of transgender identity and still understand the elementary facts about sex and gender on which the pro-acceptance position is based.
My Wife changed her middle name to her original last name (I hate the term maiden) because she wanted a bit of a legal connection to her original name. And she didn’t care for or about her original middle name anyway.

Like so many other high-profile assholes in this country, I don’t know how much is sincere belief vs. self-serving performative antisocial propaganda, but I really don’t care.

I think Greene just wants other republicans to be stripped of their Committee assignments so she is not the only one in the penalty box. She is trying to normalize being powerless (except to make outrageous statements).
Because by doxxing people for voting yes on even the most basic Biden legislation, she’s putting their lives, and the lives of their staffers, in danger.
I bit the bullet and actually read MTG’s Twitter feed, and she didn’t really dox them, as it turns out. They were just the office numbers at the Capitol building, which anyone could find. But she did call them traitors, and actually said AOC, who voted against it, has more balls than the so-called “dirty baker’s dozen”.
It would be a duplication of what happened in the immediate aftermath of 1/6: Scared and outraged for about a week then try to whitewash it thereafter.
