Sorry to drag MTG back into her own thread, but is she going to suffer any blowback at all from showing those large nude pics of Hunter around, and sending them out as an email attachment? Has anyone checked if any minors received those photos? Is there no justice?

Seems like Hunter could sue MTG for something. Invasion of privacy? Harassment? Revenge porn? Does he meet the definition of a public person? He holds no office and is not famous for anything other than being the object of Republicans’ obsessions. I know if the average person took nude photos without my permission from my phone or computer and published them they’d definitely have a lawsuit on their hands.
So far, his lawyer has filed an ethics complaint.
I was thinking more about the offense of pushing anyone’s nude photos onto the eyeballs of unwilling recipients, especially those under the age of 18.

This is before the email got sent out but a lawyer I follow on TikTok said Hunter has no basis to sue. And Greene did not violate any laws.
Attorney Andrew Lieb told Newsweek via email on Wednesday that Greene is likely protected from any legal action by Hunter Biden for showing the images during the committee hearing due to her and all members of Congress being protected by the Speech and Debate Clause of the Constitution.
What she did was disgusting but she’s probably okay legally due to a loophole.
The email was a link to a Twitter video that was partially censored.
At least she showed decorum in the House
