College student here, trying to renew federal aid. Don’t know who you’d ask for questions like these.
Apparently, my info is no longer in the system, no matter how carefully I checked to see if I typed my e-mail, phone (both preceding unchanged since last time), birth date, and Social Security number. What should I do? Should I just start a new one with the same old information, seeing as the SS is the same? Will I still be able to receive my scholarships? I have a scholarship that won’t pass unless I renew. What will happen?

Stating the obvious here but, contact FAFSA.

As a student parent who had the same problems accessing my FAFSA information one year… I contacted them and it was straightened out immediately.🙂
