# Consistency in moving posts

Hey, if you’re going to move [this thread](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=557190) to **Sweet Home Chicago** , why haven’t you moved [this other thread](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=557184) on the same column? (I started a new thread, because it was on a different topic, but I don’t understand why a comment on on of Uncle Cec’s columns doesn’t belong in **Comments on Cecil’s Columns**.)

Did you report the thread? In any case, I have moved the second thread to Comments on SD Chicago Columns, where the first one now has been moved.
