Continuing the discussion from Do you believe in demons and is pornography sinful?:

In the person’s dreams? I don’t think anyone considers it normal as in common and usual, but it’s not necessarily a sign of being crazy.

In this case there are only two possibilities and of those only one we are allowed to consider within the context of the forum:

  1. The poster is trolling.
  2. The poster has experienced well formed and persistent hallucinations related to compulsive pornography use that have caused distress.

The first is off limits within that forum. So we have to assume the second as the provisional truth.

No we do not need to accept the the OP actually experienced a demon in the form of a woman who revealed their true form. We do not need to challenge the OPs belief about that, and again, such is unlikely to be … productive.

Both parties in question, AFAICT, think these things happened in reality, not just dreams.

To be precise-

Then the demon’s friends too …

And the other one thinks the ‘’‘’‘demon’‘’‘’ was collecting his semen.

It strongly appears no one posting has read the Modnote. Leaving this closed for further review.

We do not moderate for factual accuracy. That is a matter to be handled by posters within the thread.

We do not moderate for mental health issues, with a couple of exceptions. If a poster threatens harm to themselves, the thread is immediately closed and the user is encouraged to seek professional help. Self-harm is an issue that moderators are not trained on and advice for such is well beyond what an internet message board can provide, no matter how well-intentioned that advice may be.

If a poster threatens harm to the staff or to another user, that is an insta-ban offense.

Telling someone that they have mental issues is a bit tricky, because, depending on how it is worded, even a well-intentioned post may come off as a personal insult. If it looks like an insult to us, we are going to moderate it as such.

Anyone who wishes to discuss this further, please start a new thread. This thread apparently has too much off-topic baggage to remain within the bounds of ATMB.
