There really needs to be an “Acting Under Color of Law” enhancement to hate crimes like this. Mandatory Life seems the appropriate punishment. ---

This would be a case where we would actually want to defund the police. as they seem to be acting as an arm of the KKK. ---

[In this video](https://mobile.twitter.com/ShannonSharpe/status/1299427348211625984), the serf places his hands on his head as two officers approach him. Then one of them kicks him in the back, causing a non-compliant “wtf, man” to issue from his mouth. The person recording is telling them to stop, which obviously results in her being set upon as well, because you do not tell the police what to do. ---

More than that. The entire Justice system is deeply broken, designed to fail because it is largely based around feudalistical principles that are not applicable to the modern age. The police are but a symptom. ---

(and the written report matched the video) At the time the video was in the public domain and there was no excuse for reporting it the way they did. (Also: the police had the wrong guy.) ---

Former Sheriff of a county in Georgia, who was then appointed to a judicial watchdog group after his retirement has resigned after photos of him wearing a KKK outfit came to light.
