So then it would come down to consistency in applying “orginalism”, which would mark the first time they did that. ---

Now, if your Lee-Enfield has a bayonet affixed, it might be possible that the gun would be viewed as a threat, because those jabby things are truly scary. ---

This one infuriated me. The county should make take it out of the Sheriff’s salary. I am wrong? How can they get a warrant for anything in another State? More, how can California Deputies serve such a warrant? They have no jurisdiction. They have no police power in another State. Doesn’t the warrant have to filed in Indiana and _Indiana_ LEOS serve the warrant? Guy should have called 911 saying there were men with guns pretending to be police officers. ---

I was an EMT in Clark County, Indiana for quite a while. I worked alongside Jamey Noel in occasion. And I luckily wasn’t in that district when these events allegedly took place. I didn’t know Noel well, but always thought there was something slimy about him. ---
