That guy looks younger than I am. And he was a shift commander ? The hell ?! ---

None of his actions were capital crimes. He was killed because of that FEAR! thing the cops have turned into a self perpetuating justification for unthinking, uncaring, improvisational executions. ---

In my state, under 42.5 grams (1.5 ounces) is all of a $200 fine, misdemeanor with no jail time. Of course, anything above that is a Felony with a 5 year sentence. ---
