[Virgina cop tases man for calmly following directions…](http://www.rawstory.com/2015/09/watch-virginia-cop-instructs-black-man-to-turn-his-back-then-tasers-him-for-no-reason/)or at least that what it looks like to me. The cop asks the guy to turn around and put his hands on the car, which he promptly does, at which point the cop shoots him in the back with the taser. ---

I’m surprised the cop didn’t pull his gun and kill the guy for not following orders — allowing his hands to fall off the car. ---

I can clearly hear the cop yelling for him to get on the ground. What I don’t hear or see, is an order to turn around and put his hands on the car. Of course if the cop had no reason to pull his weapon, and use it, it’s fucked up. But a short video that doesn’t show everything is a rush to judgement. The first thing we see on the video is the suspect leaning back, with his hand raised. We do not hear an order to put his hands on the car. ---
