It’s hard to imagine how much more help I can give you other than the words of the article you linked, which does not at all say the officer “isn’t going to be charged with a crime.” Did you read the article, and if so, what information in it caused you to conclude that he was not going to be charged with a crime? :dubious: ETA: I’ll save us all time: he was charged. The charges were dropped by a judge. That’s the headline of the article: “Assault Charges Dropped for Alabama Cop Who Partially Paralyzed Indian Grandfather”. ---

I’m sorry, Dopers. I didn’t mean to say that the officer wasn’t charged. I meant to say the charges were dropped. I read the article, but I didn’t use the correct phrasing. I tend to get outraged when bad cops walk free. I make more errors than usual when I’m upset. And just in case you didn’t know, **Snowboarder Bo** is kind of dick. He could have just said “Hey, **monstro**. I think you meant to say the charges were dropped. But thanks for updating us.” But that is beyond his abilities today. Maybe someone pissed in his cornflakes today. ---

That guy was clearly black and I heard from a respected former congressman and radio personality that this is war (thanks Obama)! Mayor Giuliani gave us speech just yesterday telling us that blue lives matter and they are trying to protect us from the thugs Sarah Palin says are filling our streets.
