Given that it involved 3.5kTons of bombs it can be directly compared to Nagasaki and Hiroshima in terms of explosive power, even if the result was diminshed by it occuring largely underground…

Mine one’s bigger than your one. According to the Guiness Book of World Records, the biggest conventional explosion ever was

for the demolition of the German fortifications at Helgoland on April 18, 1947. A charge of 4061 tonnes (8,952,961 lb) was detonated.
