I used to bake a kick-ass chocolate mousse souffle with chocolate espresso sauce.

Mmmmmm… sugar, caffeine… what’s not to love?

Don’t have a recipe. I just picked them up at TJ’s. If I were going to attempt making them myself I’d probably just make regular chocolate chip cookies and add a healthy dose of instant coffee.
