I like the cut sceene at the end of Amateria in Exile. I love roller coasters!
All the roller coasterish cutscenes are amazing. One of the coolest cutscenes though is in Revelation, when you travel to a place called Dream. Peter Gabriel’s song “Curtains” is the track, and it’s psychadelic swirl of color and light. Sort of like flying right through the middle of one the funkier visualizers in say, Windows Media or WinAmp, etc. Even better is it’s followed by one of the coolest, most frustrating puzzles in all the Myst franchise.
Absolutely love the song “Curtains” now, but can’t seem to find it anywhere.
Errr… I’m gonna have to disagree on thatwith you. I though the scriptwriters had been smoking somthing naughty when I saw that.

Her death looked so fake and cheesey (Phoenix Down, anyone!) that I actually laughed at it.
Also, the cut scene when you have alien baby in Sims 2 is good.
Any cut scene from Legacy of Kain: Defiance or the opening to Soul Reaver 2
Again not a PC one {in either sense}, but the final cut-scene in Tomb Raider 2 is very funny: just preceding it is the last mini-level, where hordes of goons swarm into Lara’s mansion to retrieve the dagger she’s obtained, and you have to stalk them around the house and grounds with only a shotgun and a few rounds. When they’re finally disposed of, the game cuts to a scene of a weary Lara undressing for the shower - she turns to see you “watching”, smiles, points the shotgun and BOOM! the screen goes black. Roll credits.
God, that was Sweet. I have a save game right before that point so I can reride it anytime I want.
What a nice reward for solving all those puzzles.
And again I shout out Conker’s Bad Fur Day, excellence perfected for the N64 (yeah, it’s an oldie but a goodie).

I like various cutscenes from American McGee’s Alice, Clive Barker’s Undying, Alone in the Dark, the Myst series, Arcanum, Septerra Core, Oni, and Soulbringer. All the cutscenes from Alice are good I think. I too, like the cutscenes from Torment. I like the teaser that was released for the Everquest expansion Legacy of Ykesha, the froglok/Guktans were funny!
