Uh, if you’re talking about the penalty that led to Brazil’s third goal, it was a penalty all day long. Indeed, the referee had whistled that sort of shoulder barge off the ball at least a couple times prior in the match, once issuing a yellow card to Peru (if I recall correctly) for one that happened at the touch line on Gabriel Jesus.
