# Coping with having severe pain on a daily basis

My wife takes morphine and dilaudid every day.

Thank you everyone, some good advice! Well I saw a doc (not at a pain clinic but that’s the next step) and got some meds. They help a lot but they don’t fix the problem. I’m hoping to somehow learn to be more stoic if possible, but in the meantime there’s analgesics and good old taking it easy. 🙂
