# Coping With Jet Lag?

I will be traveling from Anchorage, AK to Belfast, ME, across lots of time zones.

Does anyone have tips for coping with jet lag?

First–am I dreaming? Did you post this yesterday? I thought I saw it yesterday.

Okay, drink lots of water, set your watch for your destination time as soon as you’re on the plane, and once you arrive, get out in the sun if you can.

I’ve always found going east-to-west is harder to adapt to, even when it means I’m coming home, but the same rules apply.
