I learned this during a urology elective. It’s true that it is impossible to produce the above quoted volume of semen. However, and most folks don’t appreciate this, the penis has an enormous capacity for taking up semen (or any viscous fluid) as long as the stream is properly directed. So the way the video is shot, there is a small pumping system in the cup. This fires sucessive streams of pseudo-jiz at the guys urethral opening. The jiz is taken up by the penis (all of it assuming the stream is accurately directed). Then all you need to do to produce the effect of ejaculation is to run the film backwards. This “induced retrograde ejaculation” actually works and in fact, is the method of choice to deliver local chemotherapuetics for urethral carcinoma ---

He was sitting on a floor, with his legs spread open. It’s not directed anywhere, the semen was going all over the place (his stomach, onto his hand, up and onto the floor…) ---

FWIW, high ejaculate volumes have been identified in some patients seen by infertility doctors. Here’s a referance: Andrologia 1990 Nov-Dec;22(6):497-501 High ejaculate volume: a distinct entity? I don’t know if I’d give porn directors (or actors) the credit assuming they are smart enough to pull off any special effects too complicated. But I have seen the guy with two schlongs and was fooled so you never know. But I saw this video and was shocked. It appears to be the real deal. It looks as if he’s doing some severe stomach compression, seemingly forcing the stuff out at will. I found that odd. As well as the hugeness of the sackage. But if this guy is so talented, despite being hung like a field mouse, he should be a huge porn star, don’t you think? I suspect that my leg is being pulled. A penis is designed to squirt stuff out, not suck it up like an elephant’s trunk. Here’s a website for urethral carcinoma. I don’t see any mention of squirting chemotherapy up the patient’s penis. I believe the chemo that’s mentioned, fluorouracil-mitomycin, is delivered intravenously.
