# Cops and abuse

What? Domestic abuse is just “in the heat of battle?”

If someone can’t control his temper so much that he or she physically beats someone, that person isn’t very stable, if you ask me. “Out of control female slinging every insult, etc etc”…sounds to me like blaming the victim.

What? victim??

The victim was me.I was on the receiving end of that verbal abuse.

Just for the record,folks the arguement ended when she screamed “I hate you.” my response,“Do you (name withheld) Do you really”

The screaming was aimed at me.

It has been a long time ago but I think the arguement started when she didn’t come home one night.

She moved out the next weekend.  
BTW Chronos you didn’t read the thread and your sending it to the pit was out of line. What you saw was several posters who were not in the mood to understand what I was trying to say.

Now back to you guinn

How dare you.No one was struck.

You took the same position as the other posters. You blamed the person who had to put up with the verbal abuse.

Now I am done here. This is the first and only time I have commented in the pit. I avoid verbal confrontations that may lead to me to get angry and say something I don’t mean.

Hitting her would definitely have escalated the argument. Whether you thought so or not.
