Walking up to a cop car 
n daylight isn’t a good idea. I got in a accident, my car was disabled. The state troopers showed up, I walked toward them, and when I was about 50 feet away, the got out of the car, told me to halt! I raised my hands, one came forward, frisked me. Then they apologized, saying it was a required procedure.
