# Copy & Paste

I can only copy 1 item and then have use it or past it into notepad before i can grab another. Now the computer I used at work, I could copy 4 times and select the past i needed. Is this a upgrade one can install, or what?
I use windows XP

Are you talking about copying and pasting from Word (part of the Office suite)?
If so, tell us what version of Office/Word you are using…2000, 2003, XP, 2007, etc.

Now i just can’t remember, as this POC i am using has word perfect and its far from perfect. When i want to do anything important i pull out the laptop and use Microsoft word.
So maybe there isn’t a basic windows feature to do multiple copy’s. :smack:
Just the notepad like i use already?

I’ve used the freeware utility [Clipboard Magic](http://www.cybermatrix.com/clipboard_magic.html) for years, couldn’t do without it. It enables you to hold multiple items in the clipboard, then select and paste at your leisure.
