# Copyright question

Anyone here know the steps or can tell me how I need to go about registering a logo and company name? I’ve been told it is a fairly simple procedure, but I don’t even know how to begin looking into it.

You’re not talking copyright here. You’re talking trademark.

And it’s not a simple process.
