I found out about this shortly before it started. At 10:00 a.m., 4 April 2020, the People’s Republic of China government ordered three minutes of silence in honor of those who have died from COVID-19. The observation included everyone silenced, but to sound air raid sirens, ship horns, car horns, and train whistles for those three minutes. At the 6’ 20" mark, you’ll see on a stage the following written in Chinese: _Deeply Mourn the Sacrifice of Martyrs and Deceased Compatriots_. You want us to listen to some crackpot conspiracy theorist interview a doctor who has made many claims about a coronavirus treatment without actually backing it up with evidence? He hasn’t even offered any proof that they had the virus when they were treated. ---

Premium is down, too, as many of our customers are out of work. And like many large insurers, we can’t cancel policies right now in some states, and have chosen not to do so in others. We also sell lines other than auto, and there are potentially some very large losses headed our way. ---

We have a UI product where there will be a lot of claims. Disability unclear. Life may not be that much of an issue due to our product. We have Gap insurance and yes, that will offset some of the others due to reduced driving. What do you expect them to say? It’ll probably be in the trades, do you expect a press conference? ---
