Since the 4.67M doses puts them on track to have 20M doses distributed by year end and next week is year end, it sounds like the 15.5M doses that were allocated were also distributed, but that’s not clear from [the article](https://elintransigente.com/2020/12/u-s-to-distribute-4-67-million-covid-19-shots-next-week/).
