I’ve heard that multiple hospitals in LA are on divert and that most are having trouble getting O2 and other medical supplies. I think there’s a shortage of ventilators and the trained staff to operate them, too.

Wasn’t there a SURPLUS of ventilators a very short time ago? Left over from the push to manufacture boatloads of them back when COVID first hit?
