# Cortislim, Relacor, TrimSpa, and the like

In 1974 I weighed 180 pounds. By 1975 I had gone down to 115.

In the thirty years since then, I’ve never gone over 122 pounds.

**THERE IS NO MAGIC SUPPLEMENT FOR CURING OBESITY**. If you buy this junk, you’ll be a bit lighter because your wallet will weigh less, but you will not have solved your problems.

Eat less than you want. Exercise more than you want. Repeat this method day after day, year after year, and you’ll be slimmer and healthier.

So easy, yet so difficult.

Any weight loss experienced while using the above suppliments is due to the placebo effect, or is strictly coincidental. They have not been proven to work. They are classified as dietary suppliments to avoid having to prove their effectiveness.
