Am I the only one thinking “BLASPHEMY!!” ? I thank the stars for Netflix. Cosmos is my background noise on nights when I can’t get to sleep. Love that damn series.! ---

I merely wrote what I did to express my sentiment for Sagan’s Cosmos. I have every intention of watching this new one. ---

Dr. Michio Kaku would have been a better choice. He has more gravitas. Having watched the trailer they should have used Vangelis’ theme for the music. What I heard could be the soundtrack to an average video game. The original theme could be remixed or redone just use the same theme. I hope at the least Vivaldi is reused. Cosmos gave me an introduction to classical music at an early age. They won’t get it right, but I’ll give it a chance when it airs at any rate. ---

I like Tyson and he’s a very good science educator, but Cosmos wasn’t just about making science interesting, it was about making science beautiful. Sagan left big shoes to fill, there. ---
