# cougar58 has been banned

**cougar58** was suspended in August for a variety of rules violations including obsessive posting on one topic, encouraging illegal activity, and being a jerk. She’s continued to post almost only about pit bull-related subjects, and we’ve let that go because almost all of her posts were in a single Pit thread. However yesterday she [wished death on a poster](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=16999272) and [received another warning](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?p=17000822#post17000822), so she’s banned.
