I find a maxi pad works pretty well for that, and isn’t too uncomfortable.

It is 2:29 am here in oz. i have had no sleep. i have just thrown up in a spectacular manner. If anyone is about and would like to pm me in order to distrract me from from my abject misery I would be greatful

This year I have been vaccinated for…

- Diptheria, Whooping Cough, Tetanus
- Pneumonia
- “The Flu”
- H1N1

(there’s a new baby in the family)

I will happily hug each and every one of you who is sick. I’m _invincible_!!!

I’m also quite fluffy, so maybe that would make you feel better?

So sorry to hear you’re so miserable. Whisky, honey, and lemon is what my mom gave us when we had gunk in the throat. I had all the vaccines, so I didn’t get it when it rampaged through our household.  
Hot camomile or ginger tea is good, too, although it might be a bit cold before it got from here to oz. ☹
