A very valid point. How many African American and Hispanic voters went into that voting booth in 2008 to vote Obama but also yes on Proposition 8? It wasn’t an insignificant amount.
Democrats have to realize that many of their voters aren’t sitting around in hipster coffee shops debating how many genders there are or transgendered bathrooms or BDS against Israel. And, I think it’s safe to say that many AA or Hispanic blue collar or low level service workers aren’t concerned with listing their pronouns.
