Bodybuilders are men walking on a stage in there underwear. A better challenge for a chimps strength would be a person who does Strongman competitions.
They’re not the strongest men in the world when they walk on stage, true, but before cutting bodyfat for competition, bodybuilders are god damn strong. I’m pretty sure Ronnie Coleman has some near-record if not record lifts. They may even be stronger than some Strongmen, considering those competitions have an element of endurance. If one group of men could be considered the “strongest” in the broadest sense of the word, I’m gonna go out on a limb and say it’d be either powerlifters or olympic lifters.
