I heard Isaac Hayes did this to his Rolls Royce back in the day. If you want to be pimp stylin’ could you accessorize you car this way and not be arrested or legally harassed? I mean they have [bull balls](http://www.bullsballs.com/)for trucks so who’s to say you can’t have a penis up front. ---

I believe there are Eastern religions like Hinduism which venerate the penis and symbols of male sexuality. Surely it would be a violation of the First Amendment to prohibit such things from being freely expressed, right? ---

Are you referring to the [Lingam](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lingam#Interpretations)? It’s been associated to be a phallic symbol, but most Hindus I know tend not to go that route and agree that it’s a misconception. Though in Hinduism, if you look around I’m sure you’ll always find some sect that believes SOME variant belief. But I don’t think it’s a mainstream view. Then again, what is really mainstream in Hinduism? Tough call, and I could be wrong. Just- I’ve heard the phallus association just never inside the temple really. I doubt any mainstream Hindus would complain if a penis on a car was taken down in the name of \*their \*religion. :smack: They’d probably blame it on a cult or a random sect instead. Course, even if we did use them on the cars, the lingams look like this [guy](http://www.freespirit.co.za/files/images/shivaLingam3.img_assist_custom.gif). I think people are more likely to associate that with R2D2 than a penis if it’s on your car. :smack: ---
