Since **Jane D’oh** was arranging the cheap suites at the Doubletree, she may have a comprehensive list of who will be staying there. Apparently we add together with the result from the Embassy Suites across the street and then multiply by the square root of [symbol]p[/symbol] to get the correct result. I am at the Doubletree. Hope they still give you two cookies at check-in. And **lno** , thanks for the tip about the dipnet. ---

I’m getting confirmation numbers later this morning. After I talk to the Doublertree guy, I’ll post my final reservations list. (Hopefully within an hour or two.) It appears that we have 11 rooms at the Doubletree and three rooms here at the Embassy Suites. It’s gonna be a party. I’ll be in for the limo on Saturday night. Or, if someone designate wants to drive my car we can fit two other people in it. ---

1. Dont be deceived by the term ‘lounge’ in reference to the DoubleTree. I had a drink in the DoubleTree Lounge and it cost me 7.00 for a vodka and coke. So it should be pretty classy 2. Mr. Jar is afraid that we’re going to burn my house down at the brunch…so…let’s try not to. 3. Remember this is daylight savings weekend so Timmy’s will close an hour early I think ☹ 4. Timothy O’Toole’s DOES card after about 7:00 I think, but since we have a room, maybe punha and other under agers can get a no-drinking wrist band or something. yay! j ---

I was under the impression that we were meeting in the bar at the Embassy Hotel on Friday night. Am I wrong in this assumption? BTW, I posted this a while ago, but I never got any kind of reply to it. I have a double room with two beds, and no roommates to share it with as of yet. If anybody is planning on attending and still hasn’t secured sleeping accommodations, send me an e-mail. ---

The guy who answered the phone wasn’t positive, but he didn’t think they’d allow any underage people in the bar at all. He suggested I call back in an hour when “Andre” would be there. More as it develops. I hope it doesn’t offend **porcupine** or other organizers that I called the bar. I was just trying to be helpful, and I didn’t identify the party I was associated with. ---

While I have great respect and admiration for the Warthog, and it WILL do a number on that damnable SUV that cut you off, something about the F-4 gets me grinning. Maybe being rattled awake by them every morning at 7:30 as I was growing up near MCAS, Beaufort. Maybe that it takes them two Midwestern states to turn around, or that they prove the theory that with sufficient thrust, bricks DO fly. Sound is important. F-4s **ROAR**. A-10s [sub]whine[/sub]. Although that 20mm [gatlin gun](http://www.a-10.org/photos/p.asp?FileName=05%2Ejpg) is a mighty fine piece o’ work. ---
