Thanks Guin, Yes I was more or less kidding around. The whole thing just strikes me as stupid. Stupid people doing stupid things at the stupid urging of a stupid DJ. It’s not worth getting upset about, was my point. ---

In the [Catechism of the Catholic Church](http://www.vatican.va/archive/catechism/p3s2c2a6.htm#II) (the part dealing with the 6th Commandment), we find this quote dealing with pornography: > [@](#): > > Civil authorities should prevent the production and distribution of pornographic materials. as one of the worshipers at St. Patrick’s Cathedral that day i did not think it was funny. It wasn’t that they were having sex but that they were making so much noise while they were doing it . Myself and Father Sullivan asked them to be quite and they just moaned louder Father Sullivan then asked them to get a hotel room and that he would even pay for it. The man responded by saying "no, but you can pinch my nipples " we even threw wine and communion wafers at them to try to get them to stop all to no avail. Finally the cops were called ---

Point #1: I just finished reading a book a few weeks ago entitled “The Bad Popes” (sorry, forgot the author, I’ll post it later from home if I think about it). If you think what these folks did is bad, you should read some of the things that were done by previous wearers of the Big Funny Hat. These guys aren’t even in the ballpark. Second, as a Druid, I think churches (especially big Catholic ones) are profane to start with, so this kinda fits, but it’s still uncool to disrespect someone’s place of worship, so I have mixed feelings on this one.
