Mr. K likes to cook and I loathe it, so he does most of it. I like to bake, and on the rare weekends we’re having breakfast at the same time (I’m the sucker the 3 hell-hounds bother when “playtime” starts at 5:30AM), I do a helluva French toast, but mostly I’m a pretty rotten cook who lacks the timing instinct to have, say, the spaghetti, sauce, and bread all going to come out at the same time. Ruined too many pots and pans that way. I do the dishes clean-up, but he’s the bigger neatnik and has a lower tolerance for clutter, so I guess he does most of the cleaning, too, since he’ll wait til I’m out and just go to it when it bothers him too much. ---
