I am trying to find the name of a painting that I saw on the cover of a book of short stories.

The book was published pre 1997 as I saw it in paperback that year. I think it was a collection of _Western_ short stories, perhaps the title was Best Western fiction of 19XX.

The picture itself was a scene of a prairie, with a lot of open sky in the upper part of the painting.

Anyone have this book?
