**FlyingRamenMonster** , [you’ve inspired me](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?t=355736)! Why just have _one_ person doing crappy drawings\*\*\*\*\* when we can _all_ get in on the act? Here’s how we’re going to work this: I will post a crappy drawing\*\*\*\*\*\* of the next poster in this thread who requests one. That person will be required to post a crappy drawing of the _next_ person to request one, and so on… Basically, asking for a crappy picture to be drawn of you means you’re also volunteering to draw a crappy picture as well. Just to alleviate any confusion, one should probably specify something along the lines of “I want a portrait” high up in their post, since eventually there’ll be several “here’s your crappy picture” posts. And finally, it’d probably be a good idea to make sure you have the means to post your crappy portrait online. So, who’ll the first victim be? \*\*\*\*\*although I must say, **FRM** ’s work is actually quite good. \*\*\*\*\*\*guaranteed to actually _be_ crappy. ---

Here we go, [one crappy drawing](http://www.sirblah.com/misc/whatexit.jpg) of **What Exit?** with a head that is far too round, terrible shadowing, underhighlighted detail, and generally has little to no resemblence to its subject. Enjoy! Incidentally, once I saw how the primary subject was coming along, I decided to spare the kid the same fate. She’s way too cute to be subjected to this. ---

Oooooh! Me, me! I want to do a drawing of someone! And someone can do mine, picture’s in my sig and all that. (Yeah, I know it’s the same old one that everyone gets right now, it’s the only one I have available on this computer, mine’s broke). Be forewarned, whoever requests next: you’ll be cartoonified. Here are a couple of my many [self](http://img391.imageshack.us/img391/1091/mesatisfied8uf.jpg) [portraits](http://img391.imageshack.us/img391/4415/generic7dk.jpg) (hey, **Cisco**! I managed to salvage a couple! But most have been lost forever. ☹ ). That’s my style, that’s what you get. Be brave. It won’t hurt too much. My proportions are hideous, so you may end up wider or longer than you’re used to. ---

**Anastasaeon** : You might be too good at drawing to make a crappy portrait like Hal & I. Hal will need to check back in, but I think from reading the thread that Eleanor now needs to draw your portrait and the next one to make the request is who you will be drawing. Jim ---

To clarify: Jim got it right – you’re drawing the next person who makes a request. So, I drew **What Exit?** , who drew **eleanorigby** , who’ll draw **Anastasaeon** , who’ll draw whoever makes the next request. ---
