SR didnā€™t and the poor man almost died while the ER people were cutting him out of the car. ---

The crash would have made more sense if it was a missed Sammy Hagar concert. I had a car I was test driving stick open-throttle because of the floor mat. Even back in the 80ā€™s the car computers had rev limiters on them so I put it in neutral and then shut the engine down. Newer cars donā€™t have key ignitions so it might be necessary to hold the engine button down a few seconds for it to shut down while driving. ---
