Well, a bunch of people were in the Straight Dope chatroom tonight- I had a blast until Aura came in and I got booted and couldn’t get back in 🙂 Anyway, I had fun while it lasted. Did anyone else have any trouble? When I got booted it said the servers were too busy to let me in. Hope to see people there again! ## I’m in there as I type this chatting it up with Cessandra and Meredith. If you’re an actual IRC user, use the server [McLean.VA.us.undernet.org](http://McLean.VA.us.undernet.org) and connect through mIRC or the like. A lot easier than using the Java applet in my opinion. “I guess it is possible for one person to make a difference, although most of the time they probably shouldn’t.” ---

I tried under each server listed- no luck. Any other advice? I was pretty disappointed…It was fun,though! ---

I’m using mIRC…just downloaded it. Now I can’t find the freakin’ room If I try to find it through mIRC then I can’t find the room. If I join through the TM homepage, then I can’t type text. * * * You say “cheesy” like that’s a **BAD** thing. ---
