Fried Egg Sandwich. Toast, butter, homemade apple butter, one fried egg. Squish and eat. The yolk is better, if messier, when not fried hard. ---

Stewed tomatoes over toast squares. Over easy fried eggs mashed into grits with cheese and chopped up sausage links. Jar of spaghetti sauce warmed up with a quarter pound of Velveeta eaten over fettuccini noodles. ---

as a teen if i wanted a chew (and no crackers or other thing) i would have a spoon or two of instant potato flakes. not a preferred snack but i did indulge more than a few times. ---

Mix a small can of chopped black olives and a tablespoon of mayonaise, spread on white bread. Rice with barbecue sauce. ---

When I cook a steak, I serve it over a bed of rice with out giving the steak a chance to rest. The reason being: I _want_ the steak to bleed out! That way the rice can soak up all the bloody goodness for me to consume. Also: Mustard on burritos. (Especially chimichangas) Mustard and ketchup on french fries. Nacho cheese Dortitos on a bologna and cheese sandwich. ---
