There remains a difference between things that people disagree with and things that are factually false. I can be for people saying things I disagree with while against putting out false information.

This is a common trick, treating all facts as opinion, so that lyubf is merely an alternative fact. It does not work.

Someone pushing conspiracy theories is at best factually mistaken. But, in the case of Fox News, they are lying to manipulate these people. They actively create more cranks and get them to believe what they want. That is why they are responsible.

Not because they disagree with my opinions. They are lying. And we humans have accepted that as a moral wrong for at least a few millennia. Do you disagree that lying is wrong? That the lia is responsible if others believe them?
