There was a case some years back of a site that was lifting entire threads to look like their forums were busy. ---

I follow both forums and this is not common. The example you posted was a spam post, and four years old, probably done before spam filtering was implemented. Regular crazyontap members now have the ability to delete spam, and do so quickly. ---
