Oh I’m so sorry. I truly hope for a miraculous turnaround, sometimes something gets in the system and takes time to flush out. We are thinking of you, and I will pray that whatever happens she goes, or _doesn’t_ go, without pain. ---

I think Creamsicle was the ‘cat I know from the internet’ that I cared most about. I’m not sure why, because there are quite a few, what with YouTube and all. Perhaps because you told the story of how you found her in real time or something. I’m very sorry. She was loved. Find comfort if you can. ---

There is a blues song they’ve been playing lately, I don’t know who the singer is, but he’s describing all the things he’d wish for if he was able to be a genie: world peace, millions of dollars etc. But the “wish I would wish most is that my dog could live longer.” He’s sad that he’s going to outlive his dog. I think most of us can relate to that. I’m so sorry Creamsicle is gone but you and she got a lot from your relationship and that was very valuable to all of you. ---

I’m sorry about Creamsicle. Two of mine died with renal Bob had a nearly fatal urethral blockage that damaged his kidneys. He got something like a year after that, but when the renal kicked in it kicked hard. Gray got it late in life. We did SubQ for well past a year with high quality til the very end. Palliative feeding is a miserable thing. One thing that helps is Valium, dose it carefully per kitty’s weight, but it helps them eat, and eases the suffering. ---
